Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Entropycal Studio LLC handles information for the Numerosidad game, its online features, and the Numerosidad website.
Overview
Numerosidad is designed as a game first. The game does not include advertising or advertising networks. Some information is stored locally on your device, and online leaderboard and optional gameplay analytics features use Unity services. This policy applies to available versions of the game.
Information Stored Locally
The game may store progress, settings, scores, tutorial state, local high scores, and local gameplay analytics files on your device. These local files can include gameplay events, timestamps, app version, device model, operating system, and an anonymous local identifier.
Local gameplay analytics files are not automatically sent to Entropycal Studio LLC. If a future build adds an export or share option, that flow will tell players what is included before they send files.
Information Sent Off Device
Numerosidad uses Unity Authentication and Unity Leaderboards for online leaderboard features. These services may process a Unity player identifier, optional player-chosen public leaderboard name, IP address, coarse location, leaderboard score, and related leaderboard metadata such as waves survived, build version, and submission time.
The current build uses anonymous sign-in for leaderboards. A player may optionally choose a public leaderboard name consisting of a short sequence of letters and numbers. The game filters these names and asks players not to enter contact information, but players should avoid using their real name or other identifying information. Email addresses, external accounts, and social login are not required inside the game.
Players can report a public leaderboard name from the leaderboard screen. Starting a report hides that player locally and opens the Numerosidad feedback form with the reported public name and Unity player identifier so Entropycal Studio LLC can review the report.
When Gameplay Analytics is enabled, Unity Analytics collects summary gameplay events that may include tutorial progress, level start or result, Competitive mode progress or result, Power Up Menu activity, session summary, app version, and technical information handled by Unity Analytics such as device, platform, service identifiers, coarse location, product interaction, performance data, and diagnostic data. If a store purchase is made while Gameplay Analytics is enabled, Unity Analytics may also receive a purchase event and product identifier so Entropycal Studio LLC can understand whether the purchase flow is working. Gameplay Analytics is optional and defaults off until the player makes a choice.
Purchases And Entitlements
Numerosidad offers optional permanent cosmetic visual place-value unit families through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment method, taxes, purchase eligibility, refunds, and the financial transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
Numerosidad and Unity In-App Purchasing may receive the product identifier, transaction status, receipt or transaction token, and entitlement or purchase-history information needed to complete, verify, restore, and support a purchase. Entropycal Studio LLC does not receive a player's full credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account number.
Purchased entitlements may be cached on the device so cosmetic families remain available offline. Store purchase records and verified entitlements may be retained by Apple, Google, or Unity as needed for restoration, refunds, fraud prevention, financial records, and legal obligations.
App Store And TestFlight
Apple may process information needed to distribute Numerosidad through the App Store. If you voluntarily test a pre-release build through Apple TestFlight, Apple may also process crash logs, usage information, screenshots, and feedback you submit through TestFlight. Apple's App Store and TestFlight privacy information applies to those processes.
Google Play
Google may process information needed to provide Google Play, app distribution, install eligibility, update delivery, crash or device compatibility reporting, and optional testing-track access. Google's privacy policy and Google Play terms apply to Google's handling of that information.
The Android game uses the same in-game privacy model as the iOS game: anonymous Unity services for leaderboards, an optional public leaderboard name, optional Gameplay Analytics only when enabled, no advertising SDK, and no required email address, external account, or social login inside the game.
Website Forms
The Numerosidad website includes launch-interest, voluntary testing, support, and feedback forms. Depending on the form, these may ask for information such as email address, optional name, preferred platform, device model, optional notes, permission to receive follow-up communication, operating system version, build number, feedback area, severity, summary, details, and optional reproduction steps. This information is used for requested updates, testing invitations, support, debugging, report review, and related Numerosidad communication.
If the website is hosted through Netlify or a similar hosting provider, that provider may process form submissions so they can be delivered to Entropycal Studio LLC.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the game, deliver and restore purchases, provide and moderate leaderboard functionality, support players and voluntary testers, understand crashes or stuck states, improve onboarding and readability, review aggregate gameplay balance, and respond to messages and reports.
Security And Retention
Unity services and store platforms transmit service data using encrypted connections. Entropycal Studio LLC keeps website form submissions, feedback, reports, and support messages only as long as needed for the requested communication, support, moderation, business records, or legal requirements. Local game data and cached entitlements remain on your device unless you delete the app or reset available in-game data. Store purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, or Unity so purchases can be restored and financial or legal obligations can be met.
Sharing
Entropycal Studio LLC does not sell personal information and does not use tracking advertising in Numerosidad. Information may be processed by Unity for authentication, leaderboards, in-app purchasing, and optional gameplay analytics; by Google and Apple for store distribution, purchases, and optional testing programs; and by the website hosting or form provider for website submissions.
Choices, Access, And Deletion
You can ask to access or delete information submitted through Numerosidad website forms by emailing Gabriel@numerosidad.com. You can remove local game data from your device by deleting the app or using any in-game reset options that are available in the build.
The game provides a Gameplay Analytics setting. Turning it off disables remote gameplay analytics collection.
Leaderboard and TestFlight data may also be subject to Unity's and Apple's own controls and retention practices. If you contact Entropycal Studio LLC about leaderboard data, we will route the request through the available Unity services process where possible.
Purchase history, refunds, and payment-account information are controlled by the store account used for the transaction. Deleting the game does not cancel or erase a store transaction, and verified permanent purchases may become available again when the player uses Restore Purchases.
You may change your public leaderboard name from the leaderboard screen. Reporting another leaderboard player hides that player on your device. Deleting or resetting app data also removes the local blocked-player list.
Children
Numerosidad and this website are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit website forms if you are under 13.
